This collection, Carrying My Love, lives in a world where the era of capitalism has ended, and society has reverted to living nomadically. This collection follows the core principle of Nomadic cultures: traveling with only the necessary items, merging it with my stuffed animals, which are my necessities. I take inspiration from the silhouettes and textures from various nomadic cultures, such as Mongols, Tibetans, Uzbeks, etc., in my collection. To be sustainable, I have collected scraps from both my storage and others’ to create patchwork, and the stuffed animals used are also donated from friends or bought second-hand.
